Margaret de Patta Vintage Modernist Sterling Silver & Agate Ring #13 Very Rare

Vintage Modernist Sterling Silver & Textured Black Agate Huge Heavy Thick Ring. Designed and handmade by iconic American modernist jeweller Margaret de Patta and marked accordingly with her M symbol mark, "de patta" mark (the first letter is worn off but the rest is clearly visible, readable and recognisable) and Sterling.

I have an original Margaret de Patta catalogue that shows this ring as design #13 (please see pictures). The top part of the ring is 1.9 cm x 1.7 cm and sits 0.65 cm high from a finger.

The shank's width is from 8 mm (top sides) to 6 mm (bottom), thickness is 1.5 mm. Weight is about 12.84 gr (on my special jewellery scale). Ring's shank has oval form, I think it's because it was re-sized. Shank's inside measurements are 19 mm x 17 mm, because of the band's thickness and width best fits to UK sizes M 1/2 - N. The ring is in a used vintage condition that is normal for over 70 years old piece.
