14k Real Solid Gold Rare Stone Copper Rutilated Quartz Gemstone Earrings
Handmade 14k solid gold copper rutilated quartz rare stone earrings - these stones are superb, with lots of copper needles packed inside a clear quartz matrix. I see copper rutilated quartz stones from time to time, but stones like this are few and far between; the photos do not do them justice.
I made a simple chainmaille "flower" to top the stone with and added other 14k yellow gold beads for accents. These handmade minimalist earrings are 1.25 in length, including the ear wires. I made the ear wires and the ends have been rounded to make them more comfortable to put on and wear. The earrings have been tumble polished, which hardens and shines the metal.
All metal is real 14k gold. The jewelry will be wrapped in bubble wrap, placed in a natural brown, cotton lined cardboard jewelry box and mailed in a bubble mailer. To maintain jewelry like this, I wash in warm soapy water, rinse, and pat dry with a soft cloth. For a deeper cleaning I use ketchup. Rub gently and quickly throughout the pieces for a minute or so, rinse, and pat dry.
